The way I work is "integrative", which has a foundation of Humanistic / Person-Centred practice, but also includes Psychodynamic and a knowledge of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis. There are many different approaches to working psychotherapeutically, however, the most successful therapies are always based on the quality of the relationship of mutual respect and trust between client and therapist.
